Truly Fancy featured on French Wedding Style

Roxy Davis of Something Sweet and Lovely had the brilliant idea of creating a pear themed dessert table. The rough pears paired so beautifully with the soft flowers, delicious dark chocolate by Love Some and the vintage pieces from My Lovely Events. I have seen quite a bit of Something Sweet and Lovely's cakes and they are always unique and beautifully designed, not to mention delicious! All of the desserts were so decadent that we had a brave squirrel that kept trying to ambush the table. I'm not kidding, one of us had to stand watch at all times and at one point he was literally standing on Roxy's foot. I was very impressed when she didn't completely flip out.

We had so much fun bringing all of our creations together for this photoshoot and Kristine of Kristine Marie Photography did a fantastic job of capturing the day!

About the Flowers:

Vicki from My Lovely Events supplied the super cool antique silver teapots. I used white anemones, yellow billy balls, white peonies, white ranunculus, yellow ranunculus, queen anne’s lace, white garden roses, lisianthus, dusty miller and eucalyptus. For the brides bouquet, Vicki supplied the gorgeous soft gold ribbon. The bouquet was loose and romantic. I loved the contrast of the bold anemones with the soft grey eucalyptus and pillowy white peonies. Makes you want to wander through a French antique market while eating a dark chocolate pear and wearing an anemone flower
